Overview

In this tour, you will explore the Vainu Bappu Observatory. It is created by the Vaini Bapu after whom the observatory is named and it houses the Asia's largest telescope. This observatory gives you a perception of celestial bodies. It is situated in Kavalar, near Yelagiri. You have to take the permission to enter in the observatory. This Observatory is regulated by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics Bangalore.
