AV Secure+


Applicable only for the Indian Citizens travelling outside India on a holiday package offered by Antilog Vacations- India.

    1) Loss Or Delay Of Baggage

    $750 Payment of Lost Checked in baggage & $100 for delay of 12+ Hours.

    2) Loss of Passport

    $250 Refunds if you lose passport during the trip.

    3) Personal Liability

    If the Traveller in his private capacity becomes legally liable to pay for accidental bodily injury to Third Parties or accidental damage to Third Party Properties arising from an incident during the Trip. Claims up to $20,000 are covered.

    4) Hijack Cover

    $50 per day In the event that a Carrier is hijacked during trip and traveller is not released for more than 24 hours, the Insurance Company will pay up to the sum specified in the schedule of policy subject to the maximum limit as specified in the Policy Schedule.

    5) Bounced Hotel Booking

    In the event of hotel booking at destination point(s) being bounced i.e.Traveller could not obtain hotel accommodation services already booked for him on confirmed basis with the suppliers/ agents outside India due to non-supply of services, he shall be reimbursed to the extent of 90% of Reasonable cost of Transportation expenses to the alternative hotel. The difference of cost in up gradation to a superior class of accommodation, wherever alternate accommodation is not available on the cost of pre-booked hotel. For this benefit the traveller shall be required to furnish proof that the alternate accommodation on the cost of pre-booked hotel is not available in the form of a certificate issued by the Alternate Accommodation Service Provider.

    6) Golfer hole in one

    $250 Reimbursement if traveller is declared winner for “Hole in One” during the trip to reimburse expenses incurred in celebration of achieving the “Hole in One” in an internationally recognized golf course.

    7) Trip Cancellation/Curtailment

    In the event of cancellation/curtailment of trip due to necessary and unavoidable reasons, the Company will indemnify the traveller to limits for loss of personal accommodation, visa charges, any sightseeing booked in advance, cruise ticket and travel charges paid or contracted to be paid by the traveller, which are not recoverable from any other source.

    8) Missed Connections

    Up to $450 reimbursement in case of the Insured Person missing a connecting flight or train or ship/cruise due to cancellation of service or departure, delayed departure, change of route, non-landing/docking, offloading of passengers due to any reason including overbooking. Reasonable and necessary expenses incurred for accommodation, food, communication up gradation of travel ticket to a superior class of travel shall be provided.

    9) Trip Delay

    $10 for every 12 hours shall be provided in case of Trip delay due to adverse weather condition, Air Traffic Congestion. Riot, Strike, Industrial Action at airport or that of Airlines, accidental/ Mechanical Failure /Technical problem in the Aircraft.

Applicable only for the Indian Citizens travelling outside India on a holiday package offered by Antilog Vacations- India.

$50,000 MEDICAL EXPENSES, EVACUATION AND REPATRIATION

Up to $50,000 in respect of medical related expenses mentioned below, reasonably and necessarily incurred outside India by the Traveller suffering bodily injury, sickness, disease or death during the travel period. Notwithstanding the above, if Antilog third party verification agencies recommend that continued treatment in India is appropriate, the benefit is extended to cover medical expenses incurred in India. The benefit shall be subject to Antilog Vacations discretion if the Traveller is above the age of 60 years.

    1) Transport Expenses

    Expenses for physician services, hospital and medical services and local emergency medical Transportation.

    2) Dental Expenses

    The expenses incurred for immediate relief of dental pain are covered up to the extent of $250.

    3) Emergency

    Expenses for physician ordered emergency medical evacuation, including medically appropriate transportation and necessary medical care en route to the nearest suitable hospital when the Traveller is critically ill or injured and no suitable local care is available, subject to the prior approval of the Medical Advisors. In extreme emergency in remote areas where Antilog service providers cannot be contacted, the medical evacuation must be reported to the first available physician and the nearest Indian Consulate.

    4) Medical Rescue to India

    Expenses for medical evacuation including transportation and medical care en route to a hospital in India or the Traveller’s normal place of residence in India when deemed medically advisable by the Medical Advisors and the attending physician.

    5) Air Transport & Cremation

    If the Traveller dies outside the Republic of India, the expenses for preparing the air transportation of the remains for repatriation to the Republic of India or up to an equivalent amount for a local burial or cremation in the country where the death occurred. All expenses must be approved by Antilog service providers before the remains are prepared for transportation to the India or for local burial or cremation.

    6) Cashless Treatment:

    Cashless Assistance can be provided on all covered ailments/diseases and accidental injuries treated on Outpatient & Inpatient basis subject to the acceptance of the hospital/ service providers and further subject to the prior approval of TPA`s in their respective countries.

    7) Kailash Mansarovar Tourists

    Expenses relating to Evacuation and Repatriation for all covered illness and injury arising out of any Traveller travelling to Kailash Manasarovar will be restricted to USD 5000 only.

    8) Minor Children

    In the event of Traveller travelling abroad with his minor children, dies during the covered trip due to a covered illness or accident, reimbursement of the travelling expenses of his children aged below 17 years for return to India provided that the children were also covered under AV Health+ and they are not accompanied by any other adult family member. The amount of such reimbursement will not exceed the limit as mentioned.

    9) Daily Hospital Allowance

    In the event of hospitalization of the Traveller for more than two consecutive days due to a disease, illness or injury sustained or contracted within the period of insurance whilst on the trip, the traveller shall be reimbursed a daily allowance for specified number of days.

    10) Death of Traveller/ Traveller`s spouse, children, parent or parent in law’s

    Death of Brother or Sister of the Traveller 15 days prior to the departure date as stated in the benefit. Serious injury, sudden sickness of Traveller, Traveller`s spouse or parent or parent in-law or child requiring hospitalization for more than 24 hrs.

    11) Compulsory quarantine or prevention of travel by Government of India

    12) Curtailment (the cutting short by early return to India) of the trip because of

    Death, serious injury or sudden major sickness of Traveller/ Traveller`s spouse, child or parents/parent in laws residing in India at the time of incident (While the Traveller`s on a trip abroad).

    13) The hijack of an aircraft in which a Traveller is traveling as a fare paying passenger.


AV Cruise+


Applicable to Travellers booking Cruise Packages from Antilog Vacations.

    1) Missed Port Departure

    Up to $1000 for reasonable additional accommodation (room only) and travel expenses necessarily incurred in joining the cruise ship journey at the next docking port if Traveller fails to arrive at the international departure point in time to board the ship on which he has booked to travel on the initial international journey of his trip as a result of-
    1. Failure of scheduled public transport or an accident to or breakdown of the vehicle in which he is travelling.
    2. An accident or breakdown occurring ahead of him on a motorway or dual carriageway which causes an unexpected delay to the vehicle in which Traveller is travelling.
    3. Strike, industrial action or adverse weather conditions.

    2) Unused Excursions

    Up to $1000 for the cost of pre-booked excursions, which you were unable to use and which are not refundable from any other source as a direct result of being confined by the medical officer on the ship to your own cabin due to an accident or illness which is covered under AV Health+.

AV Xtra


Applicable only for the Indian Citizens travelling outside India on a holiday package offered by Antilog Vacations- India.

    1) Car Rental Excess

    There shall be a reimbursement to the Traveller in respect of the “Excess Amount” that the Traveller is obliged to pay arising from physical loss of or damage to the rental car whilst in the Traveller’s control and custody during the covered trip, up to $1000. This covers the Excess Charge following the theft or damage to Rental car including the undercarriage, windows and tyres. Up to $200 are reimbursed for-
    1. Replacing a lost or stolen rental car key, including replacement of locks and locksmith charges up to 20% of limit of indemnity under this section.
    2. Cleaning out the engine and fuel system and associated towing costs in case the Traveller put wrong type of fuel in its rented vehicle.
    3. Towing or recovery costs following an accident or breakdown involving the Rental Vehicle.

    2) Loss of Laptop/Tablet

    Up to $500 cover for Traveller’s laptop/Tab due to theft only during the trip. The Traveller must complain to the police within 24 hours of incident of theft and seek the complaint copy in writing from them along with the circumstances of loss.

    3) Emergency Family Visit

    In the event of the Traveller who travelled alone and being hospitalized on account of any major illness for more than seven consecutive days and also where his medical condition forbids him for repatriation, he shall be reimbursed the expenses of visit of one Immediate family Member up to $1500.

    4) Travel Inconvenience

    In the event of Trip cancellation or Interruption of a covered trip due to necessary and unavoidable reasons as stated below, the Company will reimburse up to $1000 which are not recoverable from any other source.
    1. When Traveller’s Principal residence and/or his intended place of stay at destination is rendered uninhabitable due to Fire, flood, vandalism or natural disaster and also his place of business is rendered inoperative due to operation of said perils.
    2. Termination of employment or layoff affecting the Traveller provided that the Traveller has been employed with the same employer for at least five continuous years without any break.
    3. The Traveller and/or his immediate family member has become victim of Felonious Assault 10 days prior to the departure date provided he/they are not principal or an accessory in such felonious assault.
    4. Inclement weather/climatic condition in the city or primary place of departure and/or at intended destination.
    5. Civil Unrest, Riot and Strike in the home city and/or at departing station and/or intended destination of the Traveller making the trip impossible, provided that.
    6. The Govt. of India issues a travel advisory.
    7. Airport is shut down forcing the Airline to delay the flight for more than 24 hours or to cancel the flight.
    8. Curfew is imposed by the City Administration.
    9. Terrorist Attack in the home city and/or at departing station and/or destination listed on the Traveller’s itinerary 3 days prior to the Traveller’s departure date and resulting that the Traveller is unable to move out consequent upon such terrorist attack.

    5) Travel Loan Secure

    Benefits also extended to cover Travel Loan Taken by Traveller from NBFC / Bank to the extent of Rs 1 Lakh in case of death or permanent disablement.

    6) Pre-Existing Disease Treatment

    All expenses incurred on any unexpected/unavoidable hospitalization related with Traveller’s pre-existing disease, directly or indirectly upto $7500. However this benefit is available to Traveller up to the age of 70 years only.

    7) Mugging Benefits

    We will pay up to the amount shown in the table of benefits if you are mugged in country in which you are traveling. A mugging is a violent, unprovoked attack by someone not Traveller on this policy which results in physical bodily injury, as shown in the police report.

    8) Debit/Credit Card fraud

    Up to $500 for financial loss, arising out of fraudulent utilization of lost or stolen credit card of the Traveller from the date such debit/credit card is reported lost till the date of lost listing provided such loss occurs during the period of Insurance when the Traveller Person is on foreign trip.

    9) Pet Care

    Up to $250 for extra charge for a kennel or cattery to be paid to outside agency if Traveller’s final booked return journey to India by aircraft, sea vessel, coach or train is delayed for more than 24hrs due inclement weather, strike, industrial action or mechanical breakdown.

    10) Overseas travel provider gets Insolvent

    Reimbursements up to $1000 in event of an Overseas Travel Service Provider who is located at the intended destination(s) turns insolvent and the Traveller does not get intended service. In case of re-arrangement of journey, the company will pay the reasonable cost of such rearrangement but not exceeding the cost that the Traveller has already incurred for intended journey.

    11) Loss of International driving licence

    Up to $1000 towards the Traveller’s reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining a duplicate or fresh International Driving License either overseas or within 30 days upon return to India.

    12) Home to Home Accidental benefits

    If the Traveller suffers Accidental Bodily Injury on the way from his residence to the International Airport in India to start his Overseas journey or back to his residence from the International Airport in India on his return from Overseas journey during travel Period and if this is the sole and direct cause of his Death or Permanent Disability within 3 months from the date of such injury, then appropriate reimbursement shall be awarded.

    13) Protecting your home while you travel

    In the event of an actual or attempted burglary &/or robbery in the Traveller`s residence situated at the address given or usual place of resident the shall be provided compensation of Rs 2 Lakhs provided always that proper F.I.R. is lodged with the nearest Police Station.

Applicable for Indian Citizens travelling within India.

    1) Emergency Medical Expenses

    Expenses up to Rs 200,000 for physician ordered emergency medical evacuation, including medically appropriate transportation and necessary medical care en route to the nearest suitable hospital when the Traveller is critically ill or injured and no suitable local care is available, subject to the prior approval of the Medical Advisors.

    2) Adventure sports

    Included in Medical Emergency expenses.

    3) Emergency Medical Evacuation

    Included in Medical Emergency expenses.

    4) Accidental OPD Expenses

    Included in Medical Emergency expenses upto Rs 10,000.

    5) Personal Accidental Death & Disablement

    Rs 7,50,000 Reimbursement.
